DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From the Highway 1 Eastbound take the Clearbrook Road Exit (Exit #87) 

• Go north on Clearbrook Road until you reach South Fraser Way
• Turn right (east) on South Fraser Way; continue until you reach Emerson Street (across from West Oaks Mall)
• Turn left (north) onto Emerson Street
• Our building is behind Van City Financial Services

From the Highway 1 Westbound take the McCallum Road Exit (Exit #90)

• Go north on McCallum Road  for about 1 mile until you reach South Fraser Way.
• Go left onto South Fraser Way and head west about 2 miles.
• Turn right (north) onto Emerson Street. You will see us on the left hand side. Our building is behind Van City Financial Services

From Mission Highway

• Turn right (west) on Harris Road until you reach Gladwin Road
• Turn left (south) Gladwin Road
• Continue on Gladwin Road until you reach The Great Canadian Superstore and Simon Avenue
• Turn Right on Simon Avenue
• Turn Left on Emerson Street

Coming Through the Sumas Border Crossing

• Go north until you reach the Highway 1.
• Head west on the #1 Freeway until the McCallum Road exit (exit #90).
• Turn right on McCallum Road and head north for about 1 mile.
• Go left onto South Fraser Way and head west about 2 miles.
• Turn right (north) onto Emerson Street. You will see us on the left hand side.

Coming Through the Aldergrove Border Crossing

• Go north until the #1 Freeway.
• Head East on the #1 Freeway until the Clearbrook Rd exit (exit #87).
• Turn right (east) on South Fraser Way; continue until you reach Emerson Street (across from West Oaks Mall)
• Turn left (north) onto Emerson Street
• Our building is behind Van City Financial Services
