For the Honor

People are naturally drawn to a movement. There's freshness, uniqueness and an extraordinary element that one can't help but notice. Elevation Church, based in Charlotte, NC, humbly began with 16 people and one massive vision to reach out to people far from God. In just five years, Elevation Church is considered the fastest-growing church in America with more than 10,000 in weekly attendance with Pastor and original worship leader Steven Furtick quickly becoming one of the most influential leaders, speakers, and authors in the country.

The Elevation Worship team, led by Worship Pastors Wade Joye, Matt Brock, Chris Brown and London Gatch, eventually began to write and record songs that reflected their congregations' journey, experiences and needs.

The fourth and latest, as well as the first International, release from Elevation Worship entitled For the Honor, features all new songs.

As with recent movements such as Hillsong, Passion and Jesus Culture, when worship music is dynamic, authentic and holds nothing back, God blesses it and lives are changed.

Elevation Worship seeks to connect with other worship leaders and churches to unite resources, gifts and ideas to better serve God and the Church through worship.
